As athletes, we prioritize practice and strength and conditioning to improve our performance. We know that this is important for us to improve. However, many of us throughout our sports careers will encounter coaches and teammates who break us down instead of build us up. We encounter pressure, mistakes, and challenges. We overtrain and burn out. Mental performance coaching counteracts these negative aspects, focusing on balancing our physical training with strong emotional and intellectual skills.

We work on all of these mental skills through Zoom, where we personalize a program for you. We address the mental skills you want to refine, giving you tangible exercises to use outside of sessions to continue to improve.
For volleyball players there is an additional option to combine mental skills with physical skills in an in-person training session.
